HOW TO PREVENT EYESTRAIN
  • Take frequent, short breaks from work, at least every 20 minutes , for a minutes or two minutes. During this time , close the eyes or look off into the distance . This help the eye muscles to stay refreshed.

  • If your eyes feel increasingly fatigued, hold things further away rather than closer to you . Avoid getting very close to what you are reading .
